ROCKSPRING’S RECENT PROPERTY SALES
Rockspring Capital Texas Real Estate Trust I (Rockspring I), Rockspring Capital Texas Real Estate Trust II, (Rockspring II), and Rockspring Capital Texas Real Estate Trust III (Rockspring III), (collectively “Rockspring”), issuers previously on our product shelf, recently closed some impressive sales of their land assets which is very good news for our investors.
The following are two of their recent transactions and the return on investment.
Rockspring closed on the sale of it’s16.9 acre property in New Braunfels for $3,683,045-USD ($5.00/ft). This tract was purchased in February 2017 for $2,024,451-USD ($2.75/ft) in a joint venture with Rockspring II 50%), Rockspring III (30%), Rockspring Capital Texas Real Estate BD/RIA Fund (10%), and CanadaAccredited Fund (10%).
Military and Loop
Rockspring also closed on the sale of 3.076 acres out of it’s original 10.58 acres on Military and Loop 1604 in San Antonio for $850,000-USD ($6.34/ft). This property was purchased in May 2015 for $1,300,000-USD ($2.82/ft) in a joint venture with Rockspring II (50%), Rockspring I (25%), Canada Accredited Fund (10%), and RCTRE Momentum Fund (15%).
