Imran is originally from Ghana, however, grew up in the UK and in Melbourne, Australia. Imran worked with Maroondah City Council as an Environmental Health Officer before moving to Canada in 2003. Imran then transitioned into finance through J.P. Morgan Chase as a Relationship Management/Sales Associate.
In 2006 he then went to BlueShore Financial, formerly North Shore Credit Union. Imran spent over 9 years with BlueShore Financial as an Advisor working closely with clients promoting financial wellness across all investment, insurance, credit and banking product/service lines in order to assist his clients with their present needs and wants.
Imran believes being a good Dealing Representative involves more than simply offering sound investment advice. It takes patience and a commitment to listen and learn about what clients want. Building long-term relationships with clients is one of Imran's top priorities. It is essential to learn where clients have been, where they are now, and what their future goals and objectives are before any advice is given.
After so many years of market uncertainty, Imran started looking to find alternative opportunities for his clients to better serve their needs and help them "truly diversify" their financial portfolios, which resulted in his transition from the Public Markets to Pinnacle Wealth Brokers as a Private Market Specialist.
Imran spends his weekends with his wife and 4 children, heavily involved in his local community coaching soccer for Albion FC in the winter season and coaching kids with Africa United FC in New Westminster during the spring and summer.
